J-1939 DLC Cable :
The GM EL-53192 is required to connect the MDI-2 to the round diagnostic connector (9-Pin Connector) in order to read data and diagnose the vehicle on 6500XD/7500XD low cab forward trucks with the 6.7L Cummins. EL-53192 is needed to ensure the correct pins are used to process data through the DLC to the MDI2
